Executive Assistant to Partner

A leading global alternative asset management firm with over $100B in assets under management and deep expertise across private equity, real estate, credit, and impact investing is looking for an EA to supporting one of their Partners within with healthcare division.

This role is in office 3 days/week remote 2 days but requires flexibility when needed.

They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as a critical partner to the team, helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the Partner to focus on investing and portfolio management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
• Provide high-level administrative support to a small team of senior investment professionals
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across time zones and coordinating internal and external meetings
• Handle travel arrangements (domestic and international), including itineraries, visas, and expense reconciliation
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations as needed
Deal & Investment Team Support
• Coordinate logistics for deal-related meetings, diligence sessions, and portfolio company interactions
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items related to active investments and prospective deals
• Interface professionally with bankers, consultants, portfolio company executives, and other external stakeholders
Operational
• Process expenses and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain confidential files and records with the highest level of discretion
• Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating team events
• Partner with other EAs and internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or another fast-paced financial services environment
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
