Store Manager - Dallas

Our client, a lifestyle fashion brand, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Store Manager to lead the retail team at NorthPark Center location. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador and play a critical role in cultivating an elevated service culture while driving sales performance and operational excellence.


The ideal candidate is a warm, polished leader who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about developing high-performing teams. This role oversees all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, client development, inventory management, and reporting.


Compensation: $90,000-$105,000 + discretionary bonus


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional client experience and modeling best-in-class service standards.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; identify trends and implement action plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations teams to support broader business initiatives.
  • Foster a client-first culture, implementing CRM initiatives to retain and grow high-potential clientele.
  • Establish and execute strategic client acquisition and retention goals; ensure strong client capture and relationship-building practices.
  • Collect and leverage meaningful client data to personalize outreach and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Ensure seamless store operations while upholding brand standards, policies, and visual merchandising expectations.
  • Manage inventory to support sales goals and product launches.
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, reporting, and expense management to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures including cash handling and operational protocols.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team through coaching and structured development plans.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with corporate leadership on employee relations matters to maintain a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of retail sales management experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving sales results and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and aligned with a culture of learning and inclusivity.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
