Influencer Marketing Manager

Our client, an up-and-coming clean skincare line, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team in the New York City area.

The Influencer Marketing Manager leads execution and creative quality across influencer programs, ensuring the right creators are sourced, briefs are strategic, and content aligns with brand standards.

The Manager partners cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life from concept through execution—overseeing timelines, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring all influencer activity is aligned with broader marketing objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign & Program Management

• Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and pacing across multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Review and approve creator shortlists, campaign briefs, and content prior to final approvals

• Ensure influencer selections align with target audience, brand positioning, and campaign goals

• Identify and troubleshoot campaign or creator issues, escalating as needed

Influencer Sourcing & Strategy

• Oversee creator sourcing to ensure strong alignment with brand aesthetic, audience, and performance goals

• Guide selection across a mix of established and emerging talent

• Maintain a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, including trends, platforms, and rising creators

• Ensure diversity, authenticity, and relevance across all influencer partnerships

Brief Development & Creative Direction

• Oversee development of influencer briefs, ensuring clarity around campaign objectives, deliverables, and creative direction

• Refine briefs to ensure they are brand-right, inspiring, and aligned with overall marketing strategy

• Partner cross functionally to ensure consistency across all content outputs

Content Review & Quality Control

• Lead internal review process for influencer deliverables

• Evaluate content for creative quality, messaging accuracy, and brand alignment

• Provide clear, actionable feedback for revisions when needed

• Identify high-performing content for amplification or reuse across channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, social, and creative teams to ensure alignment

• Communicate campaign updates, timelines, and performance insights to key stakeholders

• Contribute to broader campaign planning and integrated marketing initiatives

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Oversee tracking and reporting of campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)

• Ensure accuracy and organization of campaign data and deliverables

• Identify top-performing creators and key insights to inform future strategy

• Support post-campaign reporting with clear takeaways and recommendations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social, or integrated marketing, ideally within beauty

• Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns

• Strong understanding of the creator landscape across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Experience reviewing creative and providing clear, actionable feedback

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
