Ben Bedard has always been drawn to people-focused work, making recruiting a natural next step in his career. As a Recruiting Coordinator at Career Group, he brings genuine curiosity and a collaborative spirit to every search, helping candidates find roles that align with their interests, values, and long-term goals.

Before joining CGC, Ben worked in the non-profit fundraising space with a focus on gift planning. During his time at the University of Oregon, where he earned his degree in Planning, Public Policy, and Management, he also held a range of internships supporting community development and agricultural initiatives.

Ben approaches his role with professionalism, directness, and positivity — qualities he also looks for in the candidates he supports. He encourages job seekers to reflect on the areas where they want to grow and what truly energizes them when considering their next step. He loves getting to know incredible candidates and collaborating closely with the team to create exceptional experiences for both clients and job seekers.
