Originally from London, Erika Dinnall-Sadler began recruiting because of her passion for helping others. Before joining the team at Fourth Floor as an Account Executive, Erika worked in fashion for over 10 years. Now, as a recruiter, she loves getting to connect with new individuals every day and seeks to help make a real difference in someone’s career. Erika looks for candidates with strong communication skills, longevity, and honesty. Erika holds a degree in Retail Management and Marketing and in her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, going to the movies, church, and the beach.
