With a strong foundation in the fashion industry, Gabriella Musarra brings a unique and valuable perspective to her role as an Account Associate at Career Group. After beginning her career in fashion buying, Gabriella realized her hands-on experience with brands, assortment planning, vendor relations, and cross-functional teams positioned her perfectly to identify standout talent for fashion-focused roles. That insight sparked her transition into recruiting, where she now supports clients by helping build strong, dynamic teams.

Before joining CGC, Gabriella worked as a Fashion Buyer at Aeropostale. She is a graduate of Kent State University, where she studied Fashion Merchandising and Fashion Media. Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys painting, drawing, and exploring all things fashion.
