Phil Eletto is an Event Staffing and Operations Manager at Career Group Events, bringing a passion for live experiences and a deep appreciation for the moments that bring people together. With a lifelong interest in sports and events, Phil was naturally drawn to a career centered around creating memorable, large-scale experiences.

He thrives in an industry where no two days are the same and finds it especially rewarding to play a role in delivering impactful, guest-focused events. Phil values adaptability, enthusiasm, and strong attention to detail—qualities he both embodies and looks for in candidates.

Phil earned his undergraduate degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University and later completed his master’s degree in Sports Management. Prior to joining Career Group Companies, he built a diverse career spanning operations and client-facing roles across event-driven environments, as well as over a decade of experience in sales.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys playing tennis, spending time at the beach, and staying busy with his family.
