Valerie Gard was drawn to a career in recruiting because of her passion for culture and connecting the dots between companies and people in a meaningful way. As Director of Client Partnerships for Career Group Companies, she takes pride in being a client partner for leading companies and industry leaders across multiple industries including Private Services and Family Office, Finance, Hospitality, Real Estate, Fashion, Beauty, and more. Valerie graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management at Regents University, London. Her best piece of advice for any client interviewing candidates is to be open-minded— there is so much a candidate can offer beyond just the resume. When Valerie isn’t working she is on the go, in search of new restaurants and galleries to explore. She is a true culture addict!
