4 questions to avoid asking in a first-round interview

"We’ve seen a shift in what types of questions candidates are asking, and whether or not it increases or decreases their likelihood of being an appealing candidate," says Natalie Boren, Senior Vice President at Career Group, speaking with Fast Company to discuss how certain questions can impact a candidate's chances.
She advises that in today's competitive job market, asking about remote or hybrid work options in a first-round interview could be a red flag, as more companies are focusing on return-to-office mandates.
